Thank you for your email.
We suggest that you try the following procedure in order to solve this issue. Please follow these instructions STEP by STEP:
1) Delete the current pairing in your mobile phone if you have one.
2) Turn Bluetooth OFF on your phone.
3) Reset phone by switching off your phone and then removing battery.
4) Reset your headset. To do this, plug your headset into the wall outlet to charge for 5 seconds (LED should have a SOLID light) and then remove. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 times and then the unit should function normally. This is similar to 'rebooting' a computer.
5) Ensure the headset is OFF.
6) Hold down the On/Off/Pairing Button until you have a SOLID BLUE LIGHT on the LED on the headset. This would take up to 10 seconds and will take place after the LED has ceased to flash.
7) Re-insert battery in phone and turn back on.
8) Turn Bluetooth back on. Please set your phone to 'Discover' or something similar in the Bluetooth section of your menu. The 2 devices should now 'find' each other. Please enter 0000 as the passkey. Your headset should now be working.
